Steps to download and complete the Itemized Deduction Form

1 - Click on the Pop-Out icon (upper right hand corner) to open document in a new screen

2 - Select the Print icon OR download the document to your computer

3 - Complete the document with your Itemized Deductions

4 - Print the document (double sided) and save to your computer (if you want to keep an electronic copy)

4 - Bring the completed Itemized Deduction Form to your tax appointment.
